At Find the Lost Coins we are developing a process for Churches and community groups to help vulnerable people in Australia.

Imagine being alone in the world following life threatening trauma for you and your family, or coming back into society after being incarcerated. These may be the darkest days many of these people have ever faced.

There is so much to be done such as navigating Centrelink, Medicare, doctors, schools, banks, housing, employment etc., but above all they need the care that only a community can provide.
